Who we are

Ambientic.io ("we", "us") builds operational software for restaurants, construction, and property management. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website.

What we collect

Contact details you send us — such as your name, email, and company — when you book a demo or get in touch.
Basic usage data — anonymous, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device type), used only to improve the site.

We do not collect your operational business data (invoices, site photos, tenant messages) through this marketing website. Product data is governed by the separate agreement you sign when you become a customer.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries and schedule demos.
To understand and improve how the site performs.
To send you updates you've asked for — and nothing you haven't.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you (for example, email and analytics tools), and only as needed to provide those services.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@ambientic.io. You can unsubscribe from any email we send with the link in that email.
